At Julietta House, there is something for every guest – whether relaxing on the terrace, taking a dip in the jacuzzi, doing water activities or discovering the delights of the Dalmatian coast. This is a place made for an unforgettable holiday!
Our property is located in the first line from the sea, which allows you to enjoy an unobstructed, breathtaking view of the beautiful Adriatic Sea and the Kozjak mountain massif. The location of the house is conducive to an active holiday. It is only 700 metres to the centre of Slatine village, where there are shops, restaurants, bars, a playground and a sports field. During the summer season, the village is connected to Split and Trogir by sea line, which allows for quick and convenient visits to the area. In the low season, regular buses run, making both Split and Trogir easily accessible.
The first bedroom is furnished with a large kingsize double bed and has the advantage of a beautiful sea view. The second bedroom offers two separate beds, ideal for children or friends. The third bedroom has a double bed and a view of the green garden, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.
The first is equipped with a spacious shower cubicle, washing machine and two separate washbasins and toilet. The second bathroom also has a shower cubicle, washbasin and toilet, ensuring the comfort of all guests.
The kitchen has a large side-by-side fridge with freezer, cube tray and water dispenser, modern oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and other useful appliances. Additional equipment includes an iron, ironing board, hoover and hair dryer. Each guest receives a set of bath towels and toiletries such as shampoo, shower gel and soap.
It is connected to a modern, open-plan kitchen, creating a welcoming space to spend time together.
There are two comfortable double sofa beds in the living room, which can be used as additional sleeping areas.
In front of the house there is a beautiful garden and a garage with space for two cars for safety and convenience. The entire property is monitored, allowing our guests to feel completely safe.
For the convenience of guests, two Smart TVs are available in the house for watching terrestrial TV and enjoying internet services. High-speed fibre-optic internet allows guests to work comfortably remotely or watch their favourite films and TV series without interruption.
The first terrace, located behind the house, is a real oasis of calm – ideal for relaxing after a busy day. Illuminated even after dark, it is equipped with a jacuzzi for complete relaxation
and regeneration. Next to it is a large table with chairs, an umbrella to protect you from the sun, an outdoor shower and comfortable sun loungers – everything you need to enjoy the summer evenings.
The second terrace, located at the front of the house, delights with a picturesque view of the garden, the sea
and the majestic mountains. It is the perfect place to feast together, as it is equipped with a large table and chairs, a barbecue and a garden swing. An additional attraction is the table football, which will make the time pleasant for both adults and children.
The third and largest terrace is located on the roof of the garage. It is a unique place with a panoramic view of the Adriatic Sea and the surrounding hills. Here you can relax on the swing, comfortable armchairs or at the coffee table, enjoying your morning coffee or a romantic sunset.
In addition, we have provided beach chairs and a SUP board for our guests to use free of charge to further enjoy the charms of the Adriatic Sea.
