APARTMENT RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS – CROATIA
1.1. These terms and conditions set out the rules for using the apartment – a short-term rental property in Croatia.
1.2. By entering into the rental agreement, the Tenant accepts the following rules.
1.3. The apartment is intended for residential and tourist purposes only.
2.1. The hotel day lasts from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival to 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
2.2. Check-in is based on a valid identity document (ID card or passport).
2.3. The tenant is obliged to inform the owner of the planned arrival time at least 24 hours in advance.
2.4. Early check-in or late check-out is possible only by prior arrangement.
3.1. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment (including e-cigarettes) – with the exception of designated outdoor areas.
3.2. Pets are not allowed unless the owner gives their written consent.
3.3. The tenant undertakes to keep the apartment tidy, not to make any alterations, not to cause any damage, and not to allow more people than declared to stay in the apartment.
3.4. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.
3.5. Organising parties and receptions is prohibited without the owner’s consent.
4.1. The Tenant shall be financially liable for any damage or destruction caused by him or his companions.
4.2. In the event of damage, the Tenant shall be obliged to report it to the Owner immediately.
4.3. The Owner shall not be liable for any items left in the apartment.
5.1. The apartment is handed over to the Tenant in a clean and tidy condition.
5.2. The Tenant is obliged to maintain order during their stay.
5.3. Final cleaning is included in the rental price, however, the owner reserves the right to charge additional costs in the event of gross soiling of the apartment.
6.1. The tenant has access to water, electricity, internet and air conditioning.
6.2. If a fault is noticed, the tenant should immediately inform the owner.
6.3. It is forbidden to repair appliances and installations yourself.
7.1. In the event of a breach of the rules, the owner reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement with immediate effect without refund.
7.2. In matters not covered by the rules, Croatian law shall apply.
7.3. All complaints must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the end of the stay.
